Bromsgrove‘s current form is imperious with five wins from six, an unusual reverse against Dunstable Town the only blot on their copy book in recent weeks as they sit second in the table just a point behind leaders Peterborough Sports
Tony Joyce extended Kempston’s recent upturn in fortune to one defeat in nine games, one away from equalling the best run of the season. Hateley Mercer is back in training from a knee injury that has kept him on the sidelines recently. Josh Crawley was subbed at half time against Thame with a recurrence of the ankle knock he suffered against Luton Town. Tony Joyce has had the luxury to name an unchanged starting eleven for the last three games.
Basic directions;
Head towards the M1 and go north, exiting at Junction 17 for the M45. When the M45 finishes, follow the A45, Coventry Road/London Road. Continue to follow the A45 over three roundabouts. Take the left hand slip lane toward Warwick/Leamington (M40) A46 and keep left to join the A46. When you reach the roundabout, keep left and take the first exit to join on to the M40, signed for Birmingham/The NORTH. Once on the M40, keep half an eye out on the right for “The Obelisk” , apparently it is quite the sight. After the M40 changes into the M42, exit a junction one, which is handily signed for Bromsgrove and take the second exit at the roundabout on to the A38. Take the right hand slip lane to turn across into Birmingham Road and follow this over the next roundabout. After the BP station on the left, the entrance to the ground is on the right, look out for the white street sign to the club car park, pointing between two houses. The car park is situated behind on of the ends of the ground and should be more than adequate for our visit.
