Yaxley‘s current form is rather impressive. Apart from their loss on Easter Monday at the hands of Corby, they had won five in a row.
Kempston are looking to finish their season with their first win in the month of April, however Rovers do sit highly in the form table with only one defeat in the last six.
Victory for Rovers in this game would leapfrog them over Yaxley and into twelfth place in the table.
Basic directions;
Use the A421 to get to the A1 and head north. When the A1 becomes the A1(M), use the left land to take exit 16, signed for the A15 Yaxley and Stilton. At the roundabout on the junction, take the third exit onto London Road, the A15. At the traffic lights, use the right hand lane to turn right onto the B1091, Broadway and then immediately right again onto Dovecote Lane – as if you were coming back on yourself. At the end of Dovecote Lane, turn left into Church Street. When you reach the end of Church Street, turn right into Main Street, then straightaway left into Holme Road. The entrance to the ground is the first left turn on Holme Road, very small and easy to miss. The car park should be big enough for this fixture, just be aware that the access road is quite narrow, so don’t block it if the car park is full.
