The Steelmen have dropped just four league points so far this season and one of only two sides in the division that are still unbeaten. They currently have a 100% home record with five wins out of five. Their only defeats this season have come on their travels in cup competition against sides from the level above.
Kempston’s winless streak extended to eleven matches in all competitions with defeat against Bedford Town. It is only the continued poor form of Wantage Town and St. Neots that keeps the Walnut Boys out of immediate danger, but results and league points do need to start coming in.
Basic directions;
Head north through Bedford, following signs for Kettering A6. Continue north on the A6, then take the first exit at the junction to join the A14 heading toward the midlands and Corby. Take exit 7, for the A43. Then follow A6003 for Corby (west). Continue on the A6003 over several roundabouts before taking the second (right turn) on the roundabout to join the A6116, signed Kirby Hall, Motor Speedway and Sports Stadium. The entrance to the ground is the first on the right, look for the big Best Western Hotel signs. The club car park is more than big enough for this fixture.
